Junior Simpson
Having survived being called "the new Lenny Henry", lapsed choirboy Junior Simpson is a true star of both the black comic firmament and far beyond.

He will be a familiar face from the big, bad world of TV, both from the likes of The Real McCoy, as one of the team captains alongside Suggs on Night Fever and as host and star of two of his own series, In the Dark with Junior Simpson and The Hit Man, both for Channel 5. He has also worked with the likes of Jo Brand, Rolf Harris, Frank Skinner and Jonathan Ross.

Junior's television work includes; Night Fever (CH5), Never Mind The Buzzcocks Series 5 (BBC), In The Dark With Junior Simpson (CH5), The Stand Up Show (BBC1), Night Out at the Empire Series 2 (CH4), Bring Me The Head Of Light Entertainment (CH5), The Comedy Network (CH5), Saturday Live (LWT), The Real McCoy (BBC2).

Junior also has an impressive credits list for Radio and Writing; You Call That Quiz (GLR), Stand Up Two (Radio 2), The Beaton Generation (Radio 4), Lover Man (Hackney Empire and Lewisham Theatre), Jo Brand's Commercial Breakdown (Celador), Comic Relief (BBC), Never Mind The Buzzcocks (BBC), Gas (CH4), In Exile (CH4), Saturday Live (LWT) and The Frank Skinner Show.
