Objective:

Develop & encourage creative thinking


Delivery:

3 complementary full day modules of tailored improvisation and stand-up for a group of 50 USA based Executive Theatre Directors, Consumer Products Department, Finance Team


Impact:

At the end of the course, the participants were able to identify new dialogue and ways to enhance two-way communication, think on their feet and build upon the ideas of others.


NHS


Objective:

Building leadership capability.


Delivery:

Facilitated a one day improvisation & stand-up training course to a group of 18 NHS Top talent leaders to help them develop their mental agility and ability to communicate confidently.


Impact:

At the end of the course, the participants were able to see the relevance of comedy in everyday lives in the NHS by thinking on their feet and feeling confident when standing up in front of colleagues.


Unilever


Objective:

Using the imagination, Expressing ideas confidently, collaborating with others, active listening.


Delivery:

40 international delegates enjoyed a highly interactive 3hr workshop learning new improvisation skills. Participating without taking over and using lots of humour to explore work challenges.


Impact:

At the end delegates created and performed a series of 5 minute semi improvised plays/sketches based on work place themes.


Circle Anglia


Objective:

Create and deliver good customer service role play scenarios


Delivery:

Facilitated a one day workshop with 10 senior managers using comedy skills to enable them to develop & to role-play scenarios.


Impact:

At the end of the course, the participants role-played the scenarios to a conference of over 1,000 delegates.


Women's Institute


Objective:

Develop confident & effective communication


Delivery:

Helping a group of 30 WI members to develop more effective communication skills to enable them to promote the Women's Institute aims and increase membership.


This was achieved through a one day programme of comedy stand-up skills, including familiarisation ice-breaker, warm-ups to focus & bond the group and heighten energy levels.


This was followed by a number of modules offered in our Course 2 including 'Delivering your material with confidence' and 'Engaging your audience'.


Impact:

At the end of the course, the participants were able to present ideas more powerfully and effectively.
